The staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was clean overall, with no major issues. the location was great and provided a peaceful setting for a relaxing getaway.

The staff was friendly and the check-in/check-out process was hassle-free. The room was mostly clean. Plus, the location was convenient because it was close to our business meeting place.
It was full of mold and moss, which made it look uninviting and unclean. The hotel's website advertised a BBQ service, wood-fired pizzas, and a pool, but none of these were available during our stay due to poor upkeep.

the staff were accommodating, and the room had exclusive facilities that were well-maintained. the infinity pool and seasonal outdoor pool were clean, and the shallow end was perfect for relaxing. Dining options were limited, but the woodfired pizzas were delicious for lunch. the bar/lounge area was well-stocked, with a great selection of drinks.
The pool had visible mold and moss, and the website did not accurately reflect the limited affordable dining options. Staff provided inconsistent information on the pool's condition.

The hotel staff was friendly and check, in/check, out process was smooth. the room was tidy and spacious with a comfortable bed. the location was peaceful with beautiful surroundings, and the views were breathtaking. the amenities, like the wood, fired pizzas, were nice to have, and the hotel offered easy access to nearby attractions and activities.
The upkeep of the pool was an issue, with visible mold and moss, which affected its use and made it unappealing.
